Hello! I'm Caroline, an experienced therapist who specializes in working with adults. Clients come to me for a variety of reasons, including wanting to better understand their responses to specific situations, are feeling stuck in some way, and/or want to find new strategies to cope with life's challenges. My approach to therapy integrates traditional psychotherapy with skills-based therapies, depending on individual preference and need. Other services: -Exposure therapy for people experiencing mild to moderate OCD and anxiety disorders -Clinical consultation for independently licensed Social Workers I obtained my MSW from Columbia University, and practiced in hospital and community mental health settings between 2010 - 2023, when I shifted into full-time private practice. Post graduate trainings include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
